Last Pinoy in 'Idol' eliminated

MANILA, Philippines - Filipino-American contestant Adriana Latonio ended her "American Idol" journey on Thursday night (Friday morning in Manila) after failing to make it to the show's Top 10.
Last Wednesday (Manila time), the "Idol" judges were not impressed with Latonio's performance.
Singing for America’s votes to make it through the Top 10, Latonio performed her own rendition of Destiny’s Child’s “Stand Up For Love,” which the judges found “pageanty.”
She was the last of the three Pinoy hopefuls who ended their stint on "Idol."
Last month, Filipino-American Jett Hermano failed to make it to the contest's Top 20. Her last performance was her version of Rihanna’s hit song “Only Girl In The World.”
Last week, Fil-Am Bryant Tadeo was eliminated from "Idol." His last performance in the competition was Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind," which had mixed reviews from the "Idol" judges.
Meanwhile, those who made it to the "Idol" Top 10 are Paul Jolley, Burnell Taylor, Curtis Finch, Devin Velez, Lazaro Arbos, Janelle Arthur, Candice Glover, Angie Miller, Amber Holcomb and Kree Harrison.
Second chance for Latonio?
During the show, "Idol" host Ryan Seacrest announced that there will be a sing-off next week.
Here, two eliminated contestants with the highest votes will compete for a slot in the competition.
The winner of the sing-off will be part of the "Idol" tour.
