Failed of former lightweight champion and junior welterweight contender Brandon Rios after drug test conducted after the fight against Manny Pacquiao in Macau last November .
Based on the report of the Ring TV, Rios was positive at methylexanamine , a "banned substance" stimulant more commonly called dimenthylamylamine and commonly used dietary supplement.
