“King of Comedy” Dolphy who’s condition became better after his tracheotomy will still remain at the Intensive Care Unit!
In a recent statement released by the Quizon family last Mondaysaid that Dolphy’s health remains relatively unchanged with all his vital organs functioning properly. He has been responding well to treatment and he is slowly being weaned off from his medication. However, his kidney is still performing below its normal capacity, while his platelet count remains low.
The family said further that Dolphy “continues to be lucid and responsive to communication and interaction” but still cannot speak because of the tube in his neck, which helps him breathe.
The Quizon family also thanked everyone for the continued prayers for the 83-year-old comedian.
