NTC investigates why No Smart Bro internet every morning

Smart Bro is allegedly plugging off internet connection in some provinces particularly in Davao region every morning for a week now.

According to reports, Smart Bro internet is unavailable after twelve midnight until nine in the morning.

Apparently, the company has not announced anything about maintenance repair or technology upgrade and it’s not clear whether or not they’ve been informed about the situation.

Prepaid and postpaid Smart Bro users are urging the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to look into this matter immediately.
